Very nice people but I can’t seem to get them to bring my already paid for oil to my house it’s been 3 and a half weeks now and they called yesterday saying their on their way and never showed up
We have purchased fuel heating oil from here for 10 yrs. Everyone’s been super friendly. Even the delivery driver. He’s so nice. However; I’ve tried for 2 winters to get in the auto fill program. You have to go through someone named Steve. I’ve called between last winter and this start of winter I bet 20 times. He’s talked to me a few times but has never had time to “work with me” to see if I can get in this program. He always says I’ll call you back.
