I always receive quality service at Spitzers. I would give them 5 stars if their communication was better
I dropped off a vehicle due to a clunking noise from the front end. The service technician took it for a drive and could hear the clanking, but when he returned, he said he could not find anything loose. I asked them to drive it again and take another look. During the second inspection, they supposedly could not hear anything, so they just returned the vehicle to me.
