We stopped at Johnson Motors to just check out options for a used vehicle. Scott came out to check with us, directed us to the right area and allowed us to look on our own. He came later to ask if we had any questions. He researched some questions for us to find accurate answers. We ended up driving home a new to us vehicle. I loved the fact that there was no pressure. Scott and his colleagues made the process so simple. We are pleased with the vehicle we chose.

My brother bought a 2013 Lincoln MKX from them, very low miles. Less than 3 months later and it's in the shop needs: new struts, new right front axle and both the differential and transfer case fluids are very low, very dirty and do not appear to have the correct fluid in them. All of these things should have been noticed and dealt with upon taking the car in on trade since they said it has been inspected. No disclosure of the issues.
