We bought a Frigidaire refrigerator and waited almost a month and a half for it to come in and be delivered. It has had water on all shelves in the freezer and ice box since we got it less then a month ago and we can't get them to fix it. I will not buy another Frigidaire product nor will Ibuy any thing from Johnson Mertz.
Absolutely terrible experience! Would not recommend! We bought and paid for in full, a full set of high end appliances. They were not ordered properly (forgot to order pieces of several of the appliances), were not installed properly ( had to hire a repair man to fix), and took them 20 months to get all of the pieces installed and working!!! Poor communication and follow up- very difficult to work with!
