Had an absolute great experience at JMH. My mom was hospitalized there for an elderly fall and a UTI. And they took amazing care for her. Hopefully the nurses there can see this at some point. In the ER Danielle was incredible talked me thru all my concerns and answered all my questions and David was so friendly and was so kind with my mother. If there was a 6 star they would get it. First stay was great. 2nd time was a nightmare. the staff was odd not all of them but some of the nurses were making me uncomfortable. when they were trying to get me changed. they were trying to pull down my boxers too. i wasn't in there for matters of the sort. when someone else came in to give me water they stopped. i cant remember their names or what they look like. but I will say. Nurse Lina in same day surgery is great! She was so patient in answering all my questions, which greatly calmed my anxiety. Dr AJ is an amazing surgeon and I thank everybody at Johnson Memorial for a quick and successful operation.
This hospital has saved my behind many times. The staff are kind, accommodating, and professional. The doctors are knowledgeable and considerate. I believe the 2.6 star rating is inaccurate and due to ppl who are impatient.
