I have never had a place to where no one has ever picked up the phone or received a call back. Have not spoken to a single person since being assigned a physician. Genuinely infuriating.
Needed help and direction but no one helped me.
Dr. Ciaccio was referred to us but she been anything but exceptional. Not personable at all. Gives no explanations or care for your child. We’ve seen her 3 times about a weight issue and problems with our newborn and her recommendations were awful, we needed something to actually help my son and we got that at stones crossing, the pediatrician actually listened to us and showed the real concern that was needed. Would not recommend JMH here AT ALL.
I can’t even get them to answer the phone or call back so I can schedule an appointment, I am an established patient and have been for years
I do not recommend Dr. Joanna Capodonico. Wouldn’t return calls and wasted my time. I needed a basic note which she had already written to have a small date amendment and she refused. This is ridiculous place. Go elsewhere.
