The service experience at Johnson Maserati of Cary has been consistently unparalleled on every level over the last 7 years. I needed new tires this time and they went out of their way to order them quickly and install them the next day so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced having to come back again for another visit. Diagnosed and fixed the issues efficiently and gave me a nice loaner for the day my car was in the shop. Good service.
I will never ever take my Maserati to the Cary location again. They charged me almost $1,000 more than the first time I went to get my brakes and rotors done. I have the receipt to prove it. If I was you I wouldn’t get a Maserati from the Raleigh and Cary location again.
