Horrible customer service. I was stuck in traffic and called and said I was running behind and on my way and they said if I was late I couldn't be seen. It's interesting that if they aren't on time, you just have to wait and it's too bad. I was even responsible enough to call and let them know I was on my way and they just argued and denied that you ever have to wait for them

Been going here for my whole life basically. Right after I left my pediatrician i am 24, and boy where do I start. Little issues here and there mainly mental heath related. I was assaulted one time and came in to get help with my eye what was black and blue. I asked for some type of pain medication and he proceeded to ask what for I had to motion towards my brusied face just to be told to take ibuprofen. Okay fine I understand. I’ve been going to Dr. Johnson Office for 10 yrs now. I can honestly say I love my Dr. Office. All the staff are prompt, accurate, caring & friendly. I’ve seen Dr. Johnson & Dr. Tanya they both are great. I will continue to check my health with Dr. Johnson Office, I trust them! Thank you! Xoxo

Optum Care just purchased this office, and since that time I have NEVER had such horrible service getting a hold of a doctors office as I have this office. I have called in to get appointments and talk about problems and never get anyone but their answering service, can't get a hold of anyone in the office to get a problem resolved. I am presently looking to get a new primary car physician for my insurance needs... Done with this office!
