I took my 40 year old fishing boat in for some repairs expecting the worst and it wound up being the best experience I have ever had dealing with a repair shop. Truly exceptional service. Thanks guys.
Called to order parts John at parts counter got mad said I was asking too many questions about a $5 part . He told me my outdrive was junk & take my business somewhere else . Worst business ever . Called back & different person that had never talked to me said not to call them because I waisted too much time asking questions . Very poor business skills
The kindest gentlemen. John (the dad) was amazing. We met him at the L.A. boat conventoin and he is the reason we decided to go all the way to ontario from the high desert. He took the time to tell us everything we need to know about owning a boat and showed us what to look for on boats to see if it's a good deal on a boat.
