Good people with good service
Very poor customer service. My husband called getting a quote from this company. The lady he spoke was friendly, they went back and forth communicating through email. He later gets a call from Geoff the sales manager. Geoff thought it would be a good idea to call back and say he “RED FLAGED” this order because he “HAD” to call to give some “KNOWLEDGE” about the order he was trying to place. He also had the nerve to be upset and hang up! You’re a salesman Geoff not an engineer!
Terrible material terrible customer service do not come here.
Make sure to have your blueprints in hand when ordering to purchase lumber. Geoff “sales manager” will red flag you. He also likes to give knowledge to potential customer only seeking to purchase material. What a big sale lost. And future revenue. Very unprofessional.
Customer service unsatisfactory. The sales manager Jeff was unprofessional and poor communication skills which resulted in the loss of a new customer.
