Great customer service! Jeff in sales was great to work with. He had to special order what I needed and it came when he said it would.
A local, family / employee owned lumber company that has been in Tucson for over 50 years. Quality construction lumber, knowledgeable and friendly employees carrying the family business into the 21st century. If you have a construction project this place should be the first place you contact for the material you need.
Good people with good service
Very poor customer service. My husband called getting a quote from this company. The lady he spoke was friendly, they went back and forth communicating through email. He later gets a call from Geoff the sales manager. Geoff thought it would be a good idea to call back and say he “RED FLAGED” this order because he “HAD” to call to give some “KNOWLEDGE” about the order he was trying to place. He also had the nerve to be upset and hang up! You’re a salesman Geoff not an engineer!
