My horrible experience with Laura Mahan was several years ago. It was very unpleasant! Her biggest error (even today) is that she runs around with her monkey racing mind from one patient to the next. She has 'low to no' minimal care or patience for an individual patient. Of course this is hidden by her jumping back and forth from one room to the next.
