Always an excellent ecperience at Johnson Lexus. Very happy with the purchase and the attentive and professional staff in all departments I've dealt with. My new 2015 Lexus GX 460 has been in the service department no less than 15 times for variety of issues. About 10 of those times are in relation to the "radio" the part that operates most of the features such as music, ac/heat, navigation, park assist. They have replaced the radio several times( I've lost count I think 5 new systems have been put in) and the vehicle still refuses to operate correctly.
