I have to say at first the experience was great! They made the entire process for me leasing a new RX 500 F Sport very memorable. When you lease you can purchase seperate insurances and coverages for the car. Well I got a few extra and one of the packages I bought comes with a 7 year Ceramic coating that Johnson offers people up to 84 months to finance if you would like too. Always an excellent ecperience at Johnson Lexus. Very happy with the purchase and the attentive and professional staff in all departments I've dealt with. Johnson Lexus extends itself for its customers in sales and then service meeting all of their needs. Highly recommend their vehicles and this dealership.
My new 2015 Lexus GX 460 has been in the service department no less than 15 times for variety of issues. About 10 of those times are in relation to the "radio" the part that operates most of the features such as music, ac/heat, navigation, park assist. They have replaced the radio several times( I've lost count I think 5 new systems have been put in) and the vehicle still refuses to operate correctly.
