I have a 48” Heavy Duty level, and I lost one of the rubber end caps. I contacted customer service, and they very kindly sent me two replacements. Ok this company has gone down hill. I've had 1 of their levels for over 20 years still working great. Bought a new 8' level, bad from day 1 . I didn't really look at it in Lowe's when I bought it. Got home it's already bent, read warranty, does not cover any damage rails or frame. I see lifetime warranty I just buy it. Nope won't cover my pre bent level. Lowe's won't take it back after 90 days i was busy with life. Now I'm stuck with a bent 8' level i will probably cut at the handle where it bent to have yet 1 more 6' level,... read more

I have a 48 inch box beam level that looks brand new. It was stored in climate controll in a Johnson case. There is no liquid inide the end viles and I've had no luck getting anyone to help get it replaced.
