Horrible customer service. Had my mower for over a month and couldn't perform a simple repair like replacing a carburetor. I was forced to get my un-repaired mower so I could take it to another, more capable shop. Wasn't even offered an explanation or an apology. Don't waste your time with these incompetents.
Horrible customer service. Had my Husquavarna lawn mower for 3 weeks without a call. Went up there to check and they couldn't even find my ticket. They charged $90 for carburetor cleaning(outrageous). That was after I told them it had already been done twice. They told me it was fixed. Took it home and same thing was happening. They kept it another week.. Nothing done and now my mower is leaking gas. And to boot.. The clerk at the front desk was an absolute jerk and thought his s*** didn't stink. The weed eater performed well for the beginning of the summer all the way until today it is now spewing Oil, lets see how the 3 year warranty service is, will be back to update this in a few!
