Hiring this law firm turned out to be a nightmare. The fees were outrageous, the communication poor, and the results disappointing. Please save yourself the stress and money—stay far away.

I worked briefly with Johnson Law Group for a family law matter and was disappointed with my experience. While communication was polite, I did not feel that my case was handled efficiently or with the attention I expected for the fees charged. I had concerns about billing accuracy, including charges that didn’t seem to align with what I was told directly by the attorney. Avoid at all costs! They asked for a higher retainer due to a hearing being within 2 months. They "spent" the entire thing within weeks, despite no significant work being done. The over billed for almost every entry I reviewed and misrepresented their practices. I had to take screen shots to cross reference and show what they claimed for their time was wildly inaccurate, including but not limited too a 6 min phone call being billed at 45 minutes, two separate attorneys (one of whom isn't involved in any way) talking to each ... read more
