They need to improve their custumer service BIG TIME. Came in to make an appoiment for my 5yr old (she rolled her eyes as I asked questions) so I said maybe shes having a bad day as we all do sometimes (wrong!!). Came back for the appointment and same experience she was rude and also the day I picked up the glasses.I DO NOT RECOMMED THIS PLACE
Highly unprofessional not only herself but her staff as well. Very rude and had to speak to her about basic greetings and customer service. The hours on her door doesn’t match what they’re doing. She said her lunch was from 130-140 but the door says 1-2. And she believes that a 7 year old was dropped off unattended. Walked straight passed me and close the door while i was standing there. I kindly opened the door up and asked does she not speak to parents. I will not return and will post a review everywhere negatively.
