Horribly run company, uncoordinated management, inefficient workflow, and a toxic work environment. One of the worst options around.
Called the service department to service a piece of equipment that Johnson and Jordan sold and installed, new just 2 years ago. I was charged $300+ for them to come out, look at the unit send me an invoice with a note at the bottom saying, “they didn’t think they had the knowledge or equipment to fix it.” Didn’t bother to point me in the direction of a competent solution, no follow up phone call, nothing. Best people to work with hands down.
I hired them to install a dehumidifier and it's clear they didn't thoroughly plan the installation. It's now impossible to change the filter or drain the unit when needed. I would not recommend their services.
