Very nice people. They make the phone calls and get it done. if you do go there make sure you check out the massive aloe plant I've never seen one so big.
I recently went to my Johnson Insurance to get a few things changed on my account. Jeannie was awesome. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and within a few minutes had me squared away and out the door to enjoy the rest of my day!! I highly recommend Johnson Insurance for all of your insurance needs.

CONSUMER BEWARE I am a long-standing customer of Johnson Insurance Company. I have never missed a payment. A few weeks ago, I called and paid my account in full, however, Johnson Insurance failed to take me off of autopay. As a result, my account was drafted for the payment. Johnson Insurance has refused to accept responsibility for my checking account being negatively impacted and they refused to reimburse me for any fees and monies debited from my checking account.
