I have done business with Johnson Insurance for 30 years! They take care of my children as well. This is the best insurance agency anywhere in Massachusetts. Whenever I call, I get top service! I am 78 so they have to do a little more for me as I am not the greatest on the computer -- and they do it! Whatever, I need. I am thrilled. I had a few questions for them. It wsnt answered over the phone so I emailed for more info . I had a rude reply by email. I've been with them as long as I've been driving. I am not going to continue doing business with a company with such rude and disrespectful answers. And my question wasn't answered nonetheless.
Joanne and Jeannie are amazing! They are so patient and helpful. Lowered my car insurance almost $200 a month when I switched to them. Extremely knowledgeable with title and registration.
Very nice people. They make the phone calls and get it done. if you do go there make sure you check out the massive aloe plant I've never seen one so big.
