I just signed up for homeowners insurance with Johnson Insurance today. While follow up was a little slow from them, but in these times where is it not slowed down, they were very pleasant and helpful over the phone.
Called and asked for a quote, it took 3 tries to get someone. They pressured me to come in but I work a lot, just wanted them to quote me and either call me back or email me. They complained about doing this saying "its not done this way!" . Really? all the other agencies I called were more than happy to quote me without coming in. Well never got the email or call back. Guess the don't need the business. After the attitude I wouldn't have gone with them anyway.
No website and can’t call and speak to a human being. 1 star is 1 too many
Very helpful and responsive staff that are overworked.
