Service Team here are experts in keeping customer hanging out there with no clue. There are no communication on the status of the service, for the first service of the car, just oil change and tire rotation they held the car in their garage. The service manager goes on vacation without keeping her customer posted and the poor lady at the front desk taking pressure of the sloppy work put up by their service team. Worst part of all is, their service gets bad reviews all over and looks like they are not willing to act on it..
The hatch latch and release button stopped working on my kona. I had to go in 4 times to finally get it all fixed but, the maintenance manager was very sweet and very understanding and got me in and out as fast as possible each time. My repairs were 100% under warranty. But, the maintenance tech chipped a plastic trim handle when prying on my hatch and simply but the chipped one back in place without saying a word.
