We just replaced our 20 year old heat pump last Friday after the fan motor went out. Johnson Heating and Cooling offered quotes for both a repair and replacement of the system. Don, our comfort specialist was very friendly and did not pressure us at all. We decided to go ahead with the replacement on a Thursday evening, and they were able to do the work the very next day! Clayton and Garret were the installers. They were very friendly and did a great job!

During the coldest nights, our pilot light would go out leaving us with no heat at night. We called Johnson to come look at our boiler system. After the tech worked on it, the pilot light wouldn't come back on at all. He told us it was a valve he had to overnight to us leaving us with no heat for 4 days in below zero temps. After finally receiving the part (which was a $1000 valve), he installed it but the system still didn't work.
