During the coldest nights, our pilot light would go out leaving us with no heat at night. We called Johnson to come look at our boiler system. After the tech worked on it, the pilot light wouldn't come back on at all. He told us it was a valve he had to overnight to us leaving us with no heat for 4 days in below zero temps. After finally receiving the part (which was a $1000 valve), he installed it but the system still didn't work. I recently had an amazing experience using johnson Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. I called on Sunday to schedule a plumber to come to the house to look at a small water leak I noticed that morning. They weee able to schedule a plumber for Monday Afternoon. Jake showed up right on time and called in advance - plus as we have dogs. He quickly found the leak and was able to fix on the spot.
