It was an expensive fix, but they were fair. Was able to come out, troubleshoot, get the right parts, and complete the repair on the same day.
I called them to fix the AC at my rental unit Monday. They came on Tuesday at 3:30 pm. I spoke with one man on the phone who was incredibly patronizing and rude. The AC was running when they left, but was not cooling the house and my tenants called at 8:00 pm (4 hours after the service call) to say that the repair man had come, but the house was not cooling.
