BJ provided excellent service, he went above and beyond expectations. He throughly cleaned, troubleshot the unit. He replaced the motor and capacitor. He got us signed up for the maintenance program so we will always know our units will be serviced twice each year.
The service was excellent. Everyone was professional and knew their jobs. The tech arrived at the expected time.
