Very friendly and arrived at the time of service
I was without air on an extremely hot and humid day. I contacted the company and the person who answered the phone had to repeat questions due to my poor phone connection. She was patient and kind.They sent a technician within a few hours! Within just a few minutes BJ had located the problem and within 45 minutes I had working air. Very good customer service and I highly recommend them.
