I moved into a brand new apartment in Chermside in May 2021, fully equipped with a gymnasium, for which according to invoices, developer spent over $ 28,000 for the equipment bought from Johnson Health Tech. One such piece of equipment was the MATRIX T1X treadmill with console costing $ 7590 and was installed around March 2021. It got used very sparingly as majority of residents being retirees.
