Johnson & Glazebrook only cares about their sellers, not their buyers/renters. I had a glass door shattered by a third party bb gun. which is covered under the homeowners policy and they forced me to fix and pay for it. I am furious. Don't rent from them.

Moved out left the place immaculate and they still kept the majority of my deposit! I'm my opinion they stole my money!! They don't return phone calls and hang up on you if you go against them! They are the worse people I have ever rented from and do not recommend them to anyone unless you have money to give away!!! Wish there was a negative in the stars!!

If I could rate this company with negative stars I definitely would. They’re rude, incompetent, slow and don’t do their job. They never answer the phone or reply emails, especially the office manager who’s an unkind and very rude person Cindy Hughes. The property I was leasing needed maintenance because of a leaking roof since we moved in, called them 12 times in a 2 month lapse and they did nothing, I feel so sorry for the owner that put this property in their hands because they don’t care about keeping it in good condition... read more

AC broke midday, called and spoke with them, they put in work order. 2 hours later repair company called no appt until mid afternoon the next day. 80 degrees in the house. Called J & G back, nope that's the only company we use. Horrible customer service. Previous tenant broke back screen and window, they fixed glass before I moved in, when I asked them to fix screen they said it was my responsibility.. I'm not fixing it.
