My mother passed unexpectedly at home in January 2026. After the formality of first responders arriving and assessing the situation, a funeral home had to be called. This was my first time going through a death of a love one. They give me time, they were very professional and very respectful towards us the family and my mom. I had time to process what I was facing, and they never rushed me. I saw their understanding, compassion and care. When it came to time frames for the different stages of preparing a funeral, they delivered on time. After the fact their concern was sincere and helpful as my family and myself are going through the changes
Johnson Funeral Home was so helpful at a time when I had no idea what to do next. They were kind and courteous and they made up the obituary with just information that was given . Everything was done so professionally and so smoothly. I wasn’t expecting such a beautiful story of my sister‘s life in the obituary. I really appreciated that. The pricing was much more affordable than the other locations and I was on a very tight budget. All I can say is thank you.
Chad and his staff were personable and caring, and provided wonderful communication and support to our family. They went above and beyond to address our needs, and care for our loved one. Everyone in my family expressed how pleased they were with our private viewing and the spcial touches they provided. Chad and his staff made a difficult time much easier for us and we are grateful.
