The worst car buying experience I have ever had. Unprofessional, and rude. The only pleasant experience I had was with the 2 drivers that brought me my vehicle. NOT ONE PERSON has followed to see if I had any questions or how the vehicle I purchased was doing. Save yourself the time and do business somewhere else.
Great service dept. Took care of my warranty issues very quickly. The big dealers service doesn’t even compare to Johnson’s Ford personal service. Very much worth the drive
Purchased a new vehicle and had a few mechanical issues but the team at Johnson Ford did everything they could to remedy the issues and have had no issues since. Thank you.
Service department gave regular updates and the problem was diagnosed and repaired in less time than other dealerships would take to pull it in the shop.
