I trusted Jason to replace the flooring in my entire house (hardwood and vinyl plank). That was a big mistake. He is not dependable. Scheduling promises were made and not kept. He initially delivered the incorrect flooring material, despite clear specification. The greatest concern was his lack of attention to detail at the end of the job. Jason just finished re-doing the hardwood floors on the entire first floor of our house. They are absolutely beautiful, and we couldn't be more pleased with the job he did. From start to finish, Jason was professional, true to his estimate, and incredibly accommodating of our schedule. Jason was very professional and accommodating to our schedule. He was very upfront with all the costs and showed me pictures of his previous work. He provided references and his references all checked out. I am very satisfied with the quality of work he provided. Not only did he send and refinish our floors, but he also fixed existing hardwood as a result of tearing down walls to expand the living room. His work is seamless. Although he was inconvenienced slightly by having to move a few things around, he did not complain.
