If you're in KC go and ask for Ben! He made the whole experience beyond easy form start to finish. They have so many choices to choose from that it was a little bit overwhelming, but Ben had the knowledge to help guide us through the process. The customer service we received from him was the best I've seen in a while, seriously. Plus not only did he help us get great carpet but we got a great deal as well!! Oh and the installers, awesome set of guys, whoever did the stairs in our house before, uh they should take some lesson... read more
I've heard that it was a hit or miss deal with this place.
I have no issues with the product itself, but the contractor or contractor's are horrible. They were supposed to be at my house between 10 and 11am. The crew that was supposed to show apparently didn't show so they sent another crew that finally showed around 3pm but didn't start working until 4pm. I had to ask them to leave at 10pm because we had to work the next day. They had to come back and finish the next day, I had to call at least 3 times to find when they would be back.
