Had a great experience at the store. Liked the product and the price. Took a sample and had the in home measurement that Friday. Said I would have have a quote possibly over the weekend but maybe Monday. Checked on Monday for quote, said I needed to return sample first. Returned sample Tuesday morning as they opened. Never received quote or call back. It's about a month later now.
Arrived at my home this mornong to do a right at $11,000 job, Early afternoon demanded $600.00 more cause the "crew" thought i had a few to many pieces of furniture,This being after i had took up most of carpet myself and had already moved some things for them,This scenario of "5 pieces to a room" was NEVER discussed during the initial purchase of course. Will never reccomend or use them again, Enjoy that $600.00 boys.
