The prices at Johnson Floor were reasonable and with the sale it was a bargain. Lori was very helpful with all our questions. We had our hardwoods refinished and 3 rooms of carpet installed. Everything was done in the time promised. Our carpet installer Bill did an outstanding job moving furniture and the carpet looks great. The hardwood people were done in just a few days and we were able to move back in.
Please do not waste your time & money in doing business with them. I have never dealt with such an incompetent sales staff. They have asked to pay in advance for my flooring material. I end up with partial wrong material which they refused to accept their responsibility by saying it was mistake from warehouse but they have not charged me for the wrong material. I have to dig out proof to prove then wrong. At the end, I end up partial credit for the wrong material.
