Won’t receive our equipment for a few weeks (per our request) but the in store service was great! All of our questions were answered and we were able to purchase what seems to be an elite home gym as well as a great treadmill. Highly recommend over internet purchasing.

We purchased an exercise machine from this store in 2023 and unfortunately experienced some issues with its performance. When I contacted the store, Chris Powell promptly located my original warranty information and took the time to explain the entire process clearly and thoroughly. *UPDATE - received my treadmill today! Delivered earlier than expected! The delivery guys were great, called about 20 minutes before arriving (right on time) had me up & running in less than an hour. First day of using treadmill - love it! So far so good! Ryan was great! No pressure, very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to receiving my treadmill. If delivery and setup goes as well as the sale, it will definitely be a five star rating.
