The salesperson, Joe, at the Maple Grove location is outstanding- knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in answering all of our questions over two visits. He was a major reason we decided to buy from this location again. (First treadmill lasted 21 years!) I had purchased a multi gym at Push Pedal and Pull and when I talked to Joe, he explained the Force USA gym and I canceled with Push Pedal. Joe was very helpful and never pressured me.
Really appreciated Joe’s help and expertise in helping me find the right exercise bike for me. He sold me what was best for me, not what was best for him.
