The buying experience was great. They did not try and up sell. The sales professional was knowledgeable about the product. However, the promised delivery is not accurate. We have been waiting on our treadmill. They do not keep all equipment in stock. We have followed up several times and it has been delivered to the OKC depot for Johnson fitness to pick up for over a week.
