We had a treadmill that broke and it was covered under warranty. The people that came out to look at our treadmill were very nice and knowledgeable, but the process to get it fixed was lengthy and, in my eyes, not necessary. We had someone come out three times to try and fix it but couldn’t then in the midst of getting a part, we were told the part couldn’t be shipped for another month. Fantastic customer service - I worked with Charlie and he was very knowledgeable and helped direct me to the best treadmill for my needs and not just to the largest sale he could make. Do not buy from a big box store when you can go to a store like this where you are not an order number but an actual customer that will receive true customer care from the folks at Johnson. I cannot recommend this place and Charlie any more highly - brilliant!
