We had a great experience picking out and buying a recumbent bike. John was very helpful but not pushy. He showed us things and answered questions and gave us time to try out many items. When we called back 2 weeks later he was helpful in placing our order over the phone. Great place to shop for quality equipment.

We appreciated the prompt friendly greeting by knowledgeable staff at the door. After going to two seemingly clueless big box stores it was nice to be able to speak to a sales representative that actually knew what he was talking about.
