First DR Horton and their people are great. This is nothing against them. Nothing but nice, responsive to any issues. Great team here. The issue is the HOA is already a total out of control Karen. They are here way too often (that has to cost money) and are way too picky. I mean it is a construction zone. I would not be too worried about what the neighborhood looks like until construction is completed and everything fully occupied.
