This is a great place to buy a camper staff is awesome and service is wonderful .
If you expect service after the sell then you will be highly disappointed. They have a service department that will try to extort more money from you for ridiculous repairs that are suddenly an issue, when the RV is in the EXACT same condition as it was at the time it was sold. If you value honesty, integrity, good customer service, and people who know what they are doing; this is most definitely NOT the dealership for you.
Johnson Family RV is a great place to purchase your RV. The sales staff are very helpful in showing Rv’s and answering any questions. We purchased our second camper from Johnson RV and are looking forward to camping this spring with our new Springdale RV. Thanks so much to Shannon Jones and the entire staff including the service Dept for all your help!
