This company is one of the sloppiest businesses I have ever dealt with. They were paid to complete the taxes for our non-profit organization and NEVER FILED THEM WITH THE IRS. They wanted to blame the failure on an executive who recently passed away. We were subsequently charged more than $1,500.00 for a late filing fee, and the best they wanted to offer was to do this year's return at no cost. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT AGENCY.
People at Johnson's financial services are very rude they don't get back to you to let you know what your status is and when you called they have a attitude when you ask them about your taxes I would not recommend them I personally am not going back
Great service very professional
The staff is one of the rudest people I’ve met my mother has been coming here for a couple years and she doesn’t have the best English so I help her when she’s on the phone with them which we have to call off my number because they will not pick up her number and the receptionist speaks so rudely with so much attitude and just hangs up the phone when she feels like it very disappointing even the tax accountant acts the same way.
