Charles was fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond, was kind, professional, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He was the reason I drove two hours instead of buying locally. After a lot of less-than-great experiences at other dealerships, working with Charles was a breath of fresh air. Our car purchase was a joy. We enjoyed the staff. Everyone was kind. They were not playing the game of fake niceness just to make us buy a car. We knew what we wanted before we went there. My car buying experience with johnson family chevrolet was nothing short of amazing. They were upfront and straightforward on the pricing, and did not over pressure me to buy extras such as warranty , etc , which is unique in my car buying experience. We were able to wrap up most of the details over the phone and they had the car all ready to go when I arrived and had me on my way in a very short time. They clearly really wanted my business as well as being interested in having my future business, which I appreciated.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Jeff Johnson's and feel that other customers should be aware of what happened. I paid for an oil change in April 2026. In July 2026, while stopped on a hill with my two children in the vehicle, my engine suddenly shut off. About a week later, it happened again. After investigating, I suspected my oil might be low, so I stopped at Advance Auto Parts. The employee checked my oil and informed me that my Jeep had virtually no oil.
