My wife and I were driving my son from Florida to West Virginia when we broke down near the dealership. We got the car there on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 pm and they quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced my catalytic converter in about 2 hours and had us on our way. All the service people were great…Mark, Dylan and Zach were amazing. I would definitely go there again.
Greatest vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I have purchased over 20 new vehicles and multiple used ones with this one be the best experience ever. My husband and I were driving from Charlotte to New York when we noticed our truck wasn't running quite right. The customer service (or lack thereof) was absolutely asinine. My husband took his truck in at the beginning of July for warranty service. He was told it would be about a week, maybe two. Well, two weeks turned into almost two months. There was ZERO communication. He was told that he would receive a rental- that never happened, either. My husband and I were traveling home to Charlotte NC from NJ when we had an unexpected issue arise. Location was right off the exit. Staff was excellent and quick with the repair service needed. Zach Evans and Dylan Toth were great!! Back on the road within 30 minutes.
