I recently took my daughter on a vacation in Tennessee from North Carolina. Johnson Family has the best prices and they are fair. We have been doing business with them for almost 20 years. My husband first drove onto their old Ford dealership lot in the fall of 2006 and purchased a 2005 Ford F150 XLT. I went to this dealership on Saturday after having a bad experience at another dealership the day before, and I wish this would have been my first stop. I had such a good experience. I was able to throughly look at everything in the car I was looking at as well as mess with the features that were new to me. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Jeremiah was my sales associate and he was amazing. I will definitely be recommending them to others.
My wife and I were driving my son from Florida to West Virginia when we broke down near the dealership. We got the car there on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 pm and they quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced my catalytic converter in about 2 hours and had us on our way. All the service people were great…Mark, Dylan and Zach were amazing. I would definitely go there again.
Greatest vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I have purchased over 20 new vehicles and multiple used ones with this one be the best experience ever.
