Dr. Lezlie is awesome, thorough, and very personable. She takes the time to explain things and makes sure that your questions and concerns are addressed. The inside of Joyful Eyes is like a boutique hotel, which is pretty to look at, but totally unnecessary in my opinion. Guess who is paying extra for all this fancy decor....the customer. They have gone to a "membership" fee structure for their services. I did buy into it, but I'm not sure yet how it will work out financially for me. Joyful Eyes Optometry is such a fun and different experience than any other clinic I’ve been to. Walking into the clinic you feel like you are transported to a fun edgy boutique filled with stylish frames and even MAKEUP that is clean and skin friendly! (I got a really pretty lip oil). The attention detail doesn’t stop with the clinic its self, it continues on with the staff. My sunglasses were falling off of my face as they normally do and for a very small fee I was able to have them cleaned, tightened and fitted to my face... read more
