Alison or Alyssa sounded annoyed with my presence. (Mind you I JUST walked in) she came at me with a tone when she informed me that my insurance wasn't accepted there. Then she continued to have a conversation with people across the front room... annoyed that she chose to ignore the customer in front of her. I am pretty disappointed! I have insurance but it won't be good next year cuz they have their own. I have been given the runaround about my contacts and they say I can't have more than one trial! Bull! I'm 64 and never been told this. Needless to say I'm not going back.
