There is no dock at this facility. You have to park on the street and they will come out with a forklift to unload you. The people here are great and will try to unload you in the fastest amount of time as possible. I was here for an hour and a half
Beware of using Johnson Equipment Company unless you want to pay for service not rendered and get slap with a Lien for less than 15 days from date of invoice. A couple of weeks ago we contacted JE to come out and access a damage done to our dock leveler. A guy came out, looked at the damage, took pictures and left within 30 minutes of being on site. We then received an invoice for $350 demanding payment for what JE considered a "Service Call". Not once were we told on the initial call to schedule the visit nor the individual... read more
