Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I will with no question recommend them to everyone I know in need of an internist. I was so pleased with their high quality of care. Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite
