I can't say enough about the service I received from the folks at Johnson. My pump went down a month ago and I thought "no problem, it's the end of the water year." I took it to them for a look-see and was told it would be a week or two just to see what they could do if anything. I've been using Johnson Electric Motor since 2008 when they were introduced to me by a coworker who had been using them long before that. I've used them exclusively for commercial jobs and referred them for residential jobs to close friends and family as well. They are fair and honest and consistently perform at a five star level. I highly recommend them for any work you need. Best outfit around.
I needed an electrical engineer for a big switch gear job and Johnson Electric pulled through with a recommendation of someone they use regularly. I have also used them for sourcing motors and pumps. They have always pulled through with an answer or a solution to my problems. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and resourceful. If they don’t have the answer right away, they will get it! I’ll always recommend their services.
This is such a professional group. Very polite on phone answering questions. Took in a spa motor an let me know repair would cost more than new. Cody was kind enough t o give me website to purchase myself. Really a class act!!
Absolutely best place to get electric motors and pumps serviced. Professional and responsive, they were always able to get my work done on time. Last time I was there they accidentally damaged my pump while inspecting it and they went above and beyond to make it right and get it back to me on time to my 100% satisfaction and well beyond my expectations.
