Dr Rachel. Is the best. After having a bad experience with my 1st dentist, I found Dr Rachel and I have been going to her over 40 years now. She is very gentle and never causes me pain. I have even got in to their office on an emergency within 3 hours. Her husband Dr. Ebenezer is also very gentle and caring. Wonderful people working with them as well. This office provides the worst service—please stay away. My first visit was in 2023, where I informed them of a cracked tooth in the upper back area. I requested a filling specifically for that tooth, but although they performed some filling work, they didn't address the cracked tooth that needed attention. When I returned for a cleaning, the dentist didn’t mention anything about the cracked tooth in the back but instead brought up crowns.
