Overall excellent experience with clinic staff and interactions with Dr. Johnson, who comes highly recommended. Only issue yesterday was that I had to wait well over an hour from the appointment arrival time to be seen for my scheduled consult visit, with limited explanation as to why. Apparently, one or more staffers were unexpectedly absent.
Dr Johnson is a very knowledgeable and excellent surgeon with the appropriate patience in answering all questions. His team is excellent!!
Staff was very professional. Dr. Johnson thoroughly explained everything that would take place for my procedure. Excellent service.
Dr Johnson was very thorough with sharing the results of my tests along with creating an effective follow up plan.
