Flatbed unload of OSB went good and didn’t take long…. The forklift driver was friendly…. The neighborhood isn’t the best so if you wanna overnight park that’s up to you…. Not much room in front of the gate…. You go into the entrance around the back so when you are on Beekman Rd you turn on Fricke Rd which then you make the left curve onto Millcreek Rd and the entrance is on the left…. You go down a hill like a ramp into the yard

They have parking for maybe 2 trucks. Not the best neighborhood so I wouldn't recommend staying overnight. Open gate around 7 and start unloading around 7:30 am. Blue dot is the entrance for trucks.
I enjoy this Company great people very nice great place to deliver lumber to.
