I have had a disappointing time working with the service department to repair a transmission issue for my car. While I understand that parts take some time to come in, the lack of any consistent updates is frustrating. So update review for me. I purchased 3 years ago from them and was very happy with Jen and sales at the time. There service department not so much. To make a long story short we bought my wife’s car at another dealer because of that instance. They just failed when you thought you couldn’t fail any harder. The absolute worse experience with the service department. Brought in our jeep for an odor it took weeks to figure it out, no loaner car provided absolutely no communication was given in regards to updates, price , what was covered under warranty.
