Worst costumer service
Worst experience I had dealing with a Dodge dealer. The customer service was disappointing from start to finish. Communication was poor, information kept changing, and I felt more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. I understand that mistakes happen, but accountability and professionalism go a long way, and neither was demonstrated during my experience. 6 that’s how many dodge/ram vehicles I’ve owned in the last twenty years. Right now I have a 2026 ram 2500 and just picked up a new 2026 charger scat pack from Johnson dodge. Upon buying it they showed me a huge gouge on the rear wheel. These are the 20x11 option wheels on this car which is one of the specifics I wanted when purchasing the car.
