Everyone in the service department was so nice and they were able to get me an appointment very quickly. They fixed what ended up being a very small problem without trying to talk me into more costly services. I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience!
I had a genuinely great experience buying my first car here. I purchased a vehicle from the used dealership and the entire process was simple and stress-free. Darren and Zak were easy to work with — straight up, no nonsense, and very helpful. Of course I wish we could’ve gotten a lower price, but I understand everyone has to make a profit too. I have been going to John Johnson Dodge for years. The staff are friendly, responsive, helpful, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this dealership. Shame that the three packs are not available for my make/model anymore.
