Didn’t call for confirmation before the consultation but the doctor was nice and explained everything to us. They still never called for confirmation, they instead postponed my appointment like five times (even tho my doctor referred me to him as an emergency.) Their reasoning was bc the doctor was not there. And I understand ppl fall under all kind of trouble and can’t be able to go to work but at least have a replacement. Had a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. Dr Johnson was amazing and such a nice and warming person. Would recommend.
I am terrified of dentists and needles 🪡. When I met him in person for the counseltation. He explained everything about the surgery.I knew i was in good hands. Very friendly and caring. All his staff were great. I saw him on Russell road address and in Barhaven for surgery. Again fantastic service and no complaints at all from results of surgery. I’ve recently had an exceptional experience with Dr Johnson. I needed to have two complicated extractions, one of which was abscessed, and both attached to an old bridge. His office was able to schedule me in within one week, for both consultation and extractions. The office was small, personable and comfortable, unlike some of the big dental conglomerates in Ottawa. I was referred to Dr. Johnson for a complicated extraction and dental implant procedure, and I honestly could not have had a better experience. From the very first consultation, he made me feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease. I am extremely anxious when it comes to dental work, but Dr. Johnson has such a calm, kind, and nurturing bedside manner that all of my fear disappeared.
