Rude and unprofessional doctor. Kept me waiting over an hour and never checked up on me. Spend an hour and half in the clinic. Finally asked to just reschedule the appointment and got treated so rudely being told that he is busy and I just need to keep waiting. It was 10:30 at this point and my appointment was for 9:00. Asked how much longer and was told just sit down and wait. Then asked again to reschedule and was told the same thing, to go sit and wait cus he is busy and doesn’t have time for me. On May 28th 2025, I visited my local dentist to get a lump checked. I was referred to Dr. Johnson's office, and Louise contacted me the same day to schedule surgery for May 26th. I was surprised by the lack of questions and cost information, as the conversation was simply, "Let's do it Monday." I emailed the office to ask what to expect, as this felt sudden and clumsy. Dr. Johnson and his terrific staff were great throughout the whole procedure.
Today I had 2 teeth removed and I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am for how relaxed DrJohnson made me feel, well before the sedation. He is a very soft spoken man and that calmed my anxiety almost instantly! He explained the process and what they were giving me through IV and before I knew it I was all done! I have had my fair share of bad luck with my teeth and other dentists, he was absolutely amazing!!! Seriously cannot thank him and his staff enough for being so wonderful!!
Worst dentist I’ve ever been to. Staff is rude and so is the dentist. I don’t recommend, complete waste of time.
