I get the pleasure of working with Dermatology offices all over AR and this office is one that makes me wish I could work with them everyday! Their customer service is top notch! Kirsten Boyd and Whitney Rhodes are always going above and beyond to ensure their patients are taken care of from start to finish! I’m originally from Arkansas and went to Johnson dermatology when I was developing a really bad acne beak out. They helped me figure out the best solution for my problem. And it was clear in just a couple of weeks. When I became pregnant I developed pregnancy mask. And had dark spots on my face. They knew exactly what to do and my skin never looked better. So when I moved to Florida I wasn’t going to anyone else for Botox. So when I travel to see my family I always make an appointment with them. Thank you for everything.

Never been more disappointed at the lack of preparation and treatment at one facility in all my days then have the nerve to want a co-pay for 5min of not taking care of anything! Not amused. How it was left under bandage an hour later
Brought my son as a new patient under my fathers insurance. They wouldn’t treat him because I didn’t have his insurance # on me. Told them I could have it there after dad got off. They had me just sitting there after time of my appointment just to tell me they weren’t going to treat him... wow can u say inconsiderate and greedy. It even shows he has insurance and we waited forever just to get in. Show some professional courtesy instead corporate greed

We do not want to be fraudulent. The rules are set so that if you would like to utilize your insurance then it must be presented at the time of service.
